Dr. James D. Powell graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas.  His continuing education includes training in pediatric chiropractic therapies, acupuncture and rehabilitation. He has also studied cranial therapies benefiting infant and children’s health as well as those suffering from head trauma.

Dr. Powell is certified in Rehabilitative Exercises by the University of Florida, College of Medicine, Department of Health and Human Resources. He has held leadership positions in numerous local, state and national Chiropractic associations.  He currently serves as a board member of the Total Living Center in Ohio and New Covenant World Missions in Guatemala.  Dr. Powell enjoys being active outdoors and spending time with his three children.
