Dr. Ronald J. Farabaugh:

Dr. Ronald J. Farabaugh first opened his practice in Columbus Ohio in 1982 and helped patients there until 2018. Starting in 2015, he has served as the Vice President and National Physical Medicine Director for Advanced Medicine Integration Group LP of Highland Park, Illinois. Dr. Farabaugh is the past President of The Central Ohio Chiropractic Association and The Ohio State Chiropractic Association. Previously, he was appointed by Governor George Voinovich to serve on his Healthcare Quality Advisory Council, designing managed care programs for the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. He was also appointed by Governor Ted Strickland to serve on the Ohio State Chiropractic Board. In 2012, he was appointed to serve on the Official Disability Guidelines Editorial Advisory Board, arguably the most evidenced-based set of guidelines in the world today. In 2023 he was appointed to serve as Chairman of the American Chiropractic Association’s Research Advisory Board.

Dr. Farabaugh was elected Chairman, and continues to serve, of the Council for Chiropractic Guidelines and Practice Parameters. Dr. Farabaugh has been published more than 15 times in peer reviewed journals, focused primarily on best practices and guidelines. In 2014, Dr. Farabaugh was elected to serve on the board of the Council on Chiropractic Education as a Councilor-Category II, serving until 2020. As an expert, Dr. Farabaugh has provided opinion and testimony in over 100 malpractice cases in the U.S. He is also past Chairman of the Chiropractic Department of Columbus Community Hospital and helped establish one of the first free Chiropractic Clinics in the Columbus region.

Dr. Farabaugh has been twice awarded with both the OSCA President’s Award as well as Chiropractor of the Year. He was also chosen Chiropractor of the Year in 2013 by the Central Ohio Chiropractic Association. He was selected for inclusion as a Fellow of the International College of Chiropractors in 2010. He is a founder of the popular “Chiropractic Bootcamp” seminars, a unique, fast- paced and exciting seminar that blends evidence with clinical decision-making and marketing.
